Fal Moran
The capital of Shienar, seat of King Easar Togita.

About Fal Moran
Fal Moran is Shienar's royal city, south of the fortress towns that face the Blight. Shienar is the easternmost of the Borderlands, bounded by the Spine of the World, and its soldiers keep the topknots and strict sense of honour that Rand first sees in Fal Dara.
King Easar rules from Fal Moran. The city is often mentioned but rarely visited on the page; most Shienaran scenes take place in Fal Dara and along the frontier.
Spoiler note: this guide mentions events up to The Eye of the World.
