About Arad Doman
Arad Doman lies on the coast of the Aryth Ocean, between Saldaea in the north and Toman Head and Tarabon in the south. Its king is chosen by a council of merchants, and trade runs through every level of Domani life.
Arad Doman's rivalry with Tarabon over the Almoth Plain fills the early books with border fighting. Later, hunger and the disappearance of its king throw the country into chaos.
