Falme

A port town at the tip of Toman Head where the Seanchan first land in the Westlands.

Where is Falme?

Falme lies north of Tanchico, about 500 miles (800 km) away as the crow flies. It is part of Toman Head.

About Falme

Falme sits at the far end of Toman Head, a long peninsula pointing into the Aryth Ocean between Tarabon and Arad Doman. It is a fishing and trading town on high cliffs, facing the open sea to the west.

In The Great Hunt, the Seanchan, descendants of Artur Hawkwing's armies, return from across the ocean and take Falme. Rand, Egwene, Mat, Perrin and many others converge on the town, and the climax of the book takes place there.

Spoiler note: this guide mentions events up to The Great Hunt.
