About Amadicia
Amadicia lies west of the Mountains of Mist, between Tarabon and Ghealdan. Its capital Amador is home to the Fortress of the Light. Anyone who can channel is outlawed here, and Aes Sedai travel through it at their peril.
The Whitecloaks recruit and train in Amadicia, and the country's politics are tied closely to their ambitions. Nynaeve, Elayne and Perrin all face danger in or near its borders.
